Meredith M. Tennent
The subject matter of my oil paintings and acrylic paintings is frequently
something to which I have an emotional attachment or which appeals to my sense of humor. In addition, I am interested
in spatial relationships and how the negative spaces interact with the positive forms. An odd perspective, an unusual
way to perceive an everyday object or merely the joy of the color or shape are all things which inspire me to paint.
